Helping those living with dementia stay social.
Our members have created several short motivational videos that will inspire and teach you how to manage your symptoms and concerns.
We highly recommend that caregivers also watch these videos. Our community members, who have lived with the symptoms of various forms of dementia day after day, are the true experts in this field. They have shared their honest experiences and insights on conditions such as Alzheimer's, Lewy Body dementia, Frontotemporal degeneration, Vascular dementia, MCI, and traumatic brain injury.
Please take advantage of these valuable resources to learn about these diseases. We will continue to add new videos regularly to provide ongoing education and support.

Dementia Mentors is a one-of-a-kind organization, tailor-made for individuals living with dementia. Our team of mentors, all of whom have personal experience with different forms of dementia, truly understand the unique challenges you face.
Our main objective is to offer mentoring, encouragement, social interaction, and other valuable resources to help improve the lives of those with dementia. We strive to provide sincere and honest support without sugarcoating any aspects of living with this disease.
DEMENTIA MENTORS
We currently host up to eight live virtual memory cafés every week, exclusively for those living with dementia. These social gatherings will be led by our experienced mentors. Whether you want to talk about your symptoms or chat about the weather, we are here to support and keep you socially active.
If you or a loved one is affected by dementia, joining our cafés can greatly benefit your well-being. To join, click the button below to fill out a membership form. Remember, this is only for individuals with dementia.
We use Zoom as our video communication platform, and all you need to do is click on a private link to join our cafés. Once you give it a try, you'll be surprised at how effortless it is. You will always be greeted with open arms; we are here to help.
